Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive AI agent workflows and product roadmaps end-to-end.
  • Build scalable and modular AI-agent-based research experiences.
  • Work closely with Engineering, NLP, Design, and Growth teams to deliver AI-first products.
  • Handle prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and agent optimization.
  • Translate user problems into structured product requirements and intelligent workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, execution, and product delivery.
  • Continuously improve product experience through experimentation and user feedback.
  • Drive cross-functional communication and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in AI engineering roles
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI workflows.
  • Hands-on expertise with LLM evals.
  • Hands-on exposure to prompt engineering and AI evaluation systems.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI agent frameworks.
  • Strong collaboration with engineering teams on AI product development.
  • Ability to drive product execution in fast-paced environments.
