The Role

The Manager, Analytics & BI supports analytics for the Investment portfolio within Deposits & Investments. Flows, Maturity, Campaign & Advice Measurement

  • Analyze flow of funds within and outside the Bank to identify sources of asset growth, competitive inflows, internal product movement, leakage, and consolidation opportunities.
  • Support maturity and renewal strategies by sizing upcoming opportunities, identifying clients at risk, and measuring renewal, reinvestment, and retention outcomes.

Support opportunity sizing, audience selection, test design, and performance measurement for investment acquisition, contribution, renewal, retention, and cross-sell initiatives.

  • Deliver recurring portfolio reporting, executive updates, deep dives, and ad hoc analysis that clearly explain performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and required actions.
  • Partner with Finance and Product teams to assess revenue, spread or fee income, cost, profitability, forecasts, and the financial impact of portfolio actions.
  • Monitor interest-rate, market, competitive, regulatory, and industry trends and assess their implications for investment flows, client behaviour, and portfolio performance.
  • Establish consistent definitions, data sources, and reporting standards to create a reliable source of truth across investment products and channels.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives, recurring deliverables, and ad hoc requests while maintaining transparency on timelines, trade-offs, and business value.
