About the Role

Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and business finance support. The role is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, commercially aware, and able to support accurate financial operations for a growing consulting business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle statutory compliance, tax filings, and audit support.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking.
• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data.
• Assist in internal controls, process improvements, and documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Experience in financial reporting and bookkeeping.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, audit processes, and statutory filings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT services, consulting, or professional services.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Experience working in a hybrid or fast-paced environment.
