Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex datasets to surface actionable business insights.
• Develop data models and build reporting solutions aligned to business needs.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Develop user-facing applications and interfaces around data and analytics outputs.
• Integrate applications with data platforms, APIs, and analytical tools.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, including data transformation and multi-source integration.
• Manage data quality across pipelines and reporting layers.
• Develop backend services and APIs to support application integrations.
• Apply sound software development practices across end-to-end application builds.
• Support connections between applications, databases, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other Azure services.

Experience and education

• Proven experience in data analytics, including complex dataset analysis and reporting solution development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
• Frontend development experience, ideally with React.
• Backend development experience building APIs and services, open to different technology stacks.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases, data warehouses, and lakehouses.
• Experience building data pipelines and managing data transformations across multiple sources.
• Experience developing end-to-end applications, integrating frontend and backend components.
• Experience integrating applications with APIs, databases, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure services.
• Exposure to Git, version control, CI/CD, and deployment processes is beneficial.
