About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Back-end .NET Developer to join our Corporate Data Management (CDM) team within the Data & AI organization at SD Worx. The team is responsible for ensuring central, well-integrated corporate data across the enterprise and enabling seamless data flows between business-critical systems. This is a growth position created to strengthen our long-term in-house .NET development capabilities and support strategic initiatives such as Master Data Management and integrations with enterprise platforms. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend solutions that support data integration, business processes, and enterprise applications across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong .NET expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Which tasks can you expect?
Design, develop, and maintain back-end applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core and C#.
Develop and support integrations between corporate systems, legacy applications, and data platforms.
Contribute to the implementation of the Master Data Management (MDM 2.0) initiative and related integration projects.
Deliver high-quality software in line with agreed timelines, standards, and best practices.
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution of defects.
Write, maintain, and execute unit and integration tests as part of the development lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in code quality.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural guidelines.
Support CI/CD processes and application deployment activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and solution designs.
Take ownership of development activities and proactively identify areas for process and system improvements.
What do you have to offer?
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing back-end applications with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
Strong understanding of software development principles, application architecture, and integration patterns.
Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP services.
Solid knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and database design best practices.
Experience writing Unit and Integration Tests as part of a quality-driven development approach.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile teams and international environments.
A proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
