Aufgaben

  • Telefonische Terminvereinbarung mit Kunden
  • Disposition des Außendienstes, z. B. Planung der täglichen Touren und Termine
  • Koordination und Optimierung von Einsatzplänen
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei Terminänderungen oder Rückfragen
  • Bearbeitung eingehender Anrufe und E-Mails
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Termindaten im CRM-System
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Außendienst und anderen Fachabteilungen
  • Sicherstellung einer möglichst effizienten Auslastung der Außendienstmitarbeiter

Qualifikation

  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten am Telefon
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse (z. B. CRM-Systeme, Outlook, Excel)
  • Fähigkeit, auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Kundenorientierung und Servicegedanke
