Per un importante progetto automotive, cerchiamo un/a Automation & Controls Engineer da inserire all'interno del team Segula.
La figura avrà un ruolo di gestione tecnica: dovrà supervisionare, controllare e validare le soluzioni proposte dai system integrator e garantire la qualità dell'automazione di linea. Supporterà le fasi di studio di processo, programmazione, diagnostica e avviamento fino allo Start of Production (SOP), garantendo l'adeguata integrazione tra logica PLC, componenti elettrici/pneumatici e le restanti tecnologie di linea.
Responsabilità principali
- Pilotare e coordinare le attività di automazione di linea, supervisionando lo sviluppo delle logiche PLC (standard Rockwell Automation) e l'integrazione hardware.
- Validare schemi elettrici, quadri di comando e circuiti pneumatici di bordo macchina.
- Collaborare con i fornitori e system integrator per la definizione, qualifica e validazione hardware/software delle soluzioni di automazione.
- Interfacciarsi con team interfunzionali (Produzione, Qualità, Manufacturing Engineering) e pilotare le fasi di debottlenecking e diagnostica guasti.
- Partecipare alle Process Review e Virtual Commissioning, verificando il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e di programmazione del cliente.
- Gestire la documentazione tecnica, le distinte componenti (PLC, drive, valvole pneumatiche) e la tracciabilità delle modifiche software.
