As an Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring B2B client satisfaction, managing logistics, and optimizing processes. Missions
- Assurer l'installation des machines et des consommables pour les nouveaux contrats, et gérer le contrat tout au long de sa durée.
- Traiter toutes les demandes après-vente des clients B2B dans un délai de 2 heures pour maintenir un taux de satisfaction de 100 %.
- Préparer les colis à envoyer aux clients, coordonner la collecte des colis et aider les clients avec les problèmes logistiques.
Profil recherché
