岗位职责
1，参与制定公司级Ai技术发展规划，明确重点方向与实施路径
2，主导设计并构建企业级Ai Agent:智能体平台，支持智能应用的快速开发与部署。
3，负责与业务沟通，识别Ai应用落地场景并研究可行性方案，实际落地Ai应用为业务赋能。
4，配合跨团队协作，对接电控开发、测试等团队，反馈Ai研发使用过程中的问题，协助推进项目进度。

任职要求

岗位要求,
1，计算机、电子信息、自动化、人工智能等相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2，有AI辅助研发、AI工具使用经验。
3，熟悉嵌入式开发流程，具备基础的嵌入式代码编写、调试能力，能配合完成简单的嵌入式设备联调。
4，熟练使用市面上常用的Al Agent模型，例如opencode、open claw工具，完成相关代码编写、调试及功能验证，确保工具在Ai研发流程中正常应用。
5，工作认真负责，有耐心，具备基本的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，愿意主动学习新工具、新技术。
