As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be tasked with owning the operational effectiveness of our Global Talent Acquisition team from within TA Operations, covering high-volume interview scheduling and rescheduling against strict SLAs as well as core TA Operations administration including process and system license requests and requisition approvals. You will also support the wider TA function across contingent hiring and University Recruiting, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal business stakeholders to keep the hiring process moving smoothly and reliably.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

• Own high-volume interview scheduling and rescheduling across US and other regions, consistently meeting SLA targets.
• Manage core TA Operations admin: process and license requests, and assist with requisition (req) approvals and related workflow tasks.
• Support the wider TA function in contingent/contractor hiring processes.
• Support University Recruiting programs, events, and candidate pipelines, and facilitate recruiting events and coordination logistics as needed.
• Partner with sourcers, recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership across the business to help hire great talent.
• Act as a key point of contact for candidates, delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Create a strong new hire experience by supporting pre-hire communication and engagement.
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and mandatory reporting related to TA processes.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement and automation/AI-related TA Ops projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting coordination or TA Operations role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under time pressure without dropping SLAs.
• High attention to detail and consistency in following process.
• Clear, proactive communication, and comfort flagging issues early rather than waiting to be asked.
• Experience supporting contingent hiring and/or University Recruiting is a plus.
• Comfort working with scheduling tools, ATS platforms, and cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.
