As a Senior Partner/Enterprise Sales representative, you will be tasked with owning partner enablement and growth of new partners in the region - designing high-quality, strategic service activation plans. You'll work closely with local field sales teams, marketing, and sales engineering to design and implement joint go-to-market campaigns, develop strategic business plans, and drive sales expansion in a highly competitive market. You'll collaborate across sales, channel, product management, operations, and marketing to shape strategy and identify areas of opportunity.

What will you do?

Primary responsibilities include : 

• Develop the partner ecosystem and build revenue-generating security service offerings.
• Stay current on the SentinelOne competitive landscape and sell the value of our solutions and services relative to competitors.
• Ensure partners receive timely product and model updates for each relevant product area, and work with internal teams to build service offerings and develop launch content with partners.
• Drive program management and governance for service offering launches.
• Evangelize partner service offerings and bring the voice of the partner back into SentinelOne's sales organization.
• Prepare and deliver accurate weekly forecasts of partner revenue for your assigned territory.
• Stay aligned with local teams on forecasting, enablement, and launch of newly created solutions with your partners.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

• Own and exceed a direct revenue quota by developing and executing co-selling and sell-through strategies with major Japanese SIers.
• Proactively hunt for new alliance opportunities within target SIers, establishing strong relationships with key executives, practice leads, and enterprise sales teams.
• Work with major SIers to integrate SentinelOne into their enterprise solution packages, Managed Security Services (MSSP), and strategic transformation projects.
• Drive high-value enterprise deals by co-selling alongside SIer sales teams, applying MEDDICC to manage complex sales cycles with large enterprise accounts in Japan.
• Partner with internal Channel Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Global Alliances teams to align resources and maximize revenue impact across partner accounts.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• Native or business-level fluent Japanese (essential for negotiating and building trust with major Japanese SIers) and strong business English.
• 8+ years of proven, above-quota enterprise sales or strategic alliance management experience in cybersecurity or cloud technologies in Japan.
• Strong, established relationships with major Japanese SIers with a track record of building successful partner-led or co-sell models from the ground up.
• Proven capability to negotiate complex alliance structures, develop joint GTM business plans, and align C-level stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Expertise in MEDDICC or similar enterprise methodologies, with a deep understanding of SIer-driven enterprise procurement and sales cycles.
