Technical Support Engineer

We are BLD Soft, a product-driven IT company that has been developing a platform for IPTV/OTT services since 2015. Our in-house solutions - including streaming, CDN, and middleware - ensure reliable and stable service delivery for millions of users.

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will monitor and support our IPTV/OTT services, troubleshoot technical issues, resolve incidents, and help ensure the stable operation of our products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar role.
• Basic Linux administration skills (Ubuntu Server).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• English level: A2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IPTV/OTT services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents.
• Identify and analyze service issues to ensure stable system operation.
