Your Day-to-Day

• Own and execute performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels, with a strong current focus on Meta Ads.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns to drive qualified leads, conversions, and sustainable customer acquisition.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, audience targeting, and channel allocation to balance growth and efficiency.
• Develop and optimize prospecting, remarketing, and retargeting strategies across the customer journey.
• Build and run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, campaign structures, and landing pages.
• Identify winning campaigns and creatives, scale what works, and quickly improve or stop underperforming initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Growth, Performance, and other relevant teams to turn campaign insights into better strategies, creatives, and initiatives.
• Track and analyse key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CVR, CPL/CPA, CAC, and ROAS, translating data into clear insights and next actions.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and overall customer acquisition efficiency.
• Stay updated on platform changes, digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools - including AI - to improve campaign execution and performance.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing
• Experience in education, consumer services, or consumer brands is a plus.
• Proven hands-on experience managing and scaling paid campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads, with exposure to Google, TikTok, or other relevant digital channels.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, media buying, audience strategy, budget management, and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of key performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, CPL/CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable insights and decisions.
• Experience using performance insights to develop creative hypotheses, testing ideas, and campaign improvements.
• Strong experimentation mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
• Familiarity with analytics, tracking, attribution, and reporting tools is preferred.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools for analysis, creative ideation, productivity, and campaign execution.
• Proactive, collaborative, and a fast learner with a strong bias for action.
