Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei Projekten im Bereich der Vertriebsprozesse wie z.B. Aufbau und Einführung neuer SAP-Lösungen (CRM, ERP)
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Tests der neu erstellten Prozess- und Systemlösungen
  • Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Workshops mit interdisziplinären Teams
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen von Geschäftsprozessen und dafür relevanten Systemfunktionen

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich der Vertriebsprozesse, Customer Experience (CX) und IT-Lösungen von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Projektarbeit mit abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie in SAP S/4 und Signavio
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
