Provide administrative and business development support to the Building & Infrastructure team to ensure efficient daily operations and timely commercial follow-up. Maintain records and CRM data, coordinate meetings and documents, support quotations and tender submissions, and assist with customer communication, contract processing, invoicing and collection activities.
- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Marketing, English, Engineering, Construction or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of administrative, sales-support, customer-service or office-coordination experience are welcome.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and online collaboration tools.
- Working proficiency in English for emails, documents and basic coordination with regional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication, organization, filing, data-entry and follow-up skills.
- Careful, responsible, service-minded and able to handle several tasks while meeting deadlines.Willing to learn about SGS services, construction projects, commercial processes and internal procedures.
