Senior Backend + AI Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with hands-on AI experience to design, develop, and scale robust backend systems while integrating AI capabilities into products. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise in Python or Node.js, along with practical experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, APIs, and AI frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python or Node.js .
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities and Large Language Models (LLMs) into backend applications.
• Build AI-powered features using LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and prompt engineering.
• Work with AI frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
• Design and optimize databases, data pipelines, and backend system architecture.
• Implement authentication, authorization, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and AI/ML teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Monitor, debug, and improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of applications.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python or Node.js for backend development.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
• Practical experience integrating LLMs or AI capabilities into production applications.
• Understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
