What you’ll do
Regularly review and challenge engineering design documents, fostering an environment of collaborative problem-solving.
Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on continuously delivering world-class products to our customers.
Contribute to strategic planning and execution as an integral part of the Engineering Leadership Team.
Act as a role model, championing leadership behaviors and cultivating a motivated, high-achieving team culture.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Development Lead for a C++ team.
Deep understanding across a wide spectrum of software engineering fundamentals (computer architecture, operating systems, computer science, and algorithms).
Track record of building and scaling high-quality, high-throughput engineering teams.
Hands-on C++ development experience.
A product-first mindset, driven by user needs and data, with a commitment to continuous learning and ownership.
Experience with CAD is a significant advantage.
