Conduct structured analysis to understand seller, affiliate, and programme performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Ideate, plan, execute, and track initiatives to improve AMS adoption, seller performance, affiliate engagement, and overall programme effectiveness
Analyse seller and affiliate performance to identify actionable insights and potential optimisation opportunities
Support the monitoring and continuous improvement of AMS programme performance to drive seller adoption, affiliate engagement, sales, and revenue growth
Track key programme metrics and identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and areas for optimisation
Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, performance drivers, user behaviours, and opportunities for growth
Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks across teams involved in AMS operations
Support management decision-making through structured analysis, effective storytelling, and data visualisation
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting tools to track AMS performance and key business metrics, working together with the data arm (Business Intelligence, BI)
Work with cross-functional stakeholders such as Business Development, Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Operations, and other relevant teams to improve end-to-end processes

Bachelor’s degree in any field
2-3 years of relevant work experience in strategy, management consulting, e-commerce, digital marketing, business analytics, commercial strategy, or related fields
Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, and/or creator ecosystems
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand both strategic objectives and operational details
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (preferred)
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and a bias towards action
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with the ability to independently identify problems and drive solutions
