- Overseeing CI tasks/trainings ensuring all are done within the expected timeline
- Supporting future Warehouse expansion deployment where NFTE's cannot be assigned
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure CI initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained within the WH's
- Driving CI initiatives with strong ownership, accountability, and consistency
- Coaching new CI members and supporting floor operations
- At least 1 year experience in teaching or training or any related fields.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Proficient in Google Apps (Google Slide, Google Sheets , etc)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong ownership, accountability, and consistency in execution
