Design and support driver acquisition, activation, engagement and retention initiatives using structured problem-solving and data-driven approaches.
Analyse driver funnel performance and behaviour to identify opportunities across lead generation, onboarding, first transaction, productivity and churn.
Identify operational, process and product gaps, and initiate improvement projects or proof-of-concept initiatives to address them.
Participate in and lead end-to-end projects, from initial research, feasibility assessment and proposal development to pilot execution, operational rollout and post-project evaluation.
Identify and develop partnership opportunities with external partners, agencies and internal stakeholders to support driver acquisition and retention objectives.
Develop pilot programmes and POCs, including defining the initiative’s mechanics, budget, timeline, success metrics and scalability potential.
Engage with drivers when required to support campaign adoption, gather ground-level feedback and improve initiative effectiveness.
Proactively build an understanding of the driver ecosystem, business priorities and operational processes to effectively manage deliverables and resources.
Act as a liaison between functions to ensure smooth communication, alignment and timely updates on project milestones.
Work with functional stakeholders to gather data and conduct analysis that enables business improvement and transformation.
Apply a test-and-learn approach by testing new ideas, evaluating results and iterating initiatives based on data and feedback.
Prepare structured presentations and reports to communicate project findings, performance and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Provide project management support in tracking project performance, costs, ROI and key deliverables.

Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Projects
2-4 years of working experience. Experience or internships in management consulting, growth, acquisition, retention, operations, partnerships, technology or high-growth companies are highly preferred.
Strong interest in driver acquisition, user growth, retention, marketplace operations or business transformation.
Good business acumen with the ability to identify growth and operational improvement opportunities from a commercial perspective.
Strong logical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
Highly analytical, with the ability to generate meaningful, data-backed insights and translate them into practical recommendations.
Able to manage projects independently from initiation to completion, with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working with ambiguity, moving quickly and adapting to changing business priorities.
Willing to experiment, test new approaches and learn from both successful and unsuccessful initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and external partners.
Demonstrates ownership, commitment, humility and a customer-first mindset in line with Shopee’s values.
