As our Senior Solutions Engineer, reporting to the Manager Business Development, you'll fuel sales growth in key market segments - planning programs, bringing energy to field events, and turning customer conversations into fresh leads and valuable insights for our products and services. This is a remote role based in Germany, close to a thriving metropolitan hub with a strong AV customer base.
Responsibilities
- Be the trusted advisor who guides customers and decision makers to the right Unified Communication & Collaboration technologies, platforms, and system architectures - and makes them fit seamlessly into existing IT and physical spaces.
- Bring AI to life for customers by showing how today's AI technologies can transform the way they meet, communicate, and collaborate.
- Drive projects end to end - from the first requirements workshop through solution design to successful go-live.
- Build lasting connections with decision makers and influencers across business, politics, associations, and public institutions.
- Spot new markets and business opportunities first - and shape the solutions that turn them into wins for clients and partners.
- Keep Salesforce CRM sharp and up to date with your customer activities, opportunity support, demos, workshops, trainings, and follow-ups.
- Own the relationship with the consultant community and make Shure their first choice in designs, specifications, and tenders.
- Get close to end users - listen to their needs, show them what Shure can do, and earn their trust as their go-to technical partner.
- Wow customers and consultants with live demos, workshops, and technical briefings that prove how Shure solves real-world challenges.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of market, technology, and regulatory trends - and turn them into new opportunities.
- Make complex technology simple and compelling for management and decision makers.
- Team up closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to win together.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience and minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Strong technical background with emphasis on AV, UC/IT, and integrated systems applications.
- Experience in pre-sales engineering, solution design, or technical consulting for AV or UC/IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building/networking skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and develop practical, scalable solution concepts.
- Confident in dealing with technical contacts as well as with management and other decision makers.
- Experience working with clients from the business sector, politics, public institutions, or associations is a plus.
- Understanding of current AI technologies and their practical applications (both in your own work environment and on the client side).
- Commitment to continuous learning and sharing of technical knowledge.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, and remote collaboration tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required (national and international).
- Detail oriented, well-organized, and good time management skills, and able to work independently.
Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Salaries vary based on qualifications, location, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary for the opportunity. The salary for this position ranges from EUR 61.500 gross per year to EUR 104.600 gross per year.
This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we might be flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
