Als Werkstudent im Sales Development (m/w/d) bei shyftplan bist du verantwortlich für die Generierung und Pflege von Sales Leads. Begleite uns auf dem Weg, die #1-Schichtplanungslösung für Industriekunden zu werden, und werde Teil eines dynamischen Teams mit der Mission, eine faire, transparente Schichtplanung!
  • Du unterstützt unser Sales-Team dabei, neue Kund:innen für shyftplan zu gewinnen, und lernst den B2B-SaaS-Vertrieb von Grund auf kennen.
  • Du recherchierst passende Unternehmen und Ansprechpartner:innen in unseren Zielbranchen und baust daraus qualifizierte Lead-Listen auf.
  • Du sprichst potenzielle Kund:innen per Telefon, E-Mail und LinkedIn an und weckst ihr Interesse an einer modernen Schicht- und Personaleinsatzplanung.
  • Du qualifizierst erste Gespräche und vereinbarst Termine für unsere Account Executives.
  • Du pflegst unser CRM, damit Kontakte, Aktivitäten und Pipeline jederzeit aktuell sind.
  • Du arbeitest an Outreach-Kampagnen mit, testest neue Ansprachen und bringst deine eigenen Ideen ein.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Sales und Marketing zusammen und bekommst von Anfang an echte Verantwortung.

Your profile

  • Du bist immatrikulierte/r Studierende/r an einer Hochschule oder Universität in Berlin oder Umgebung.
  • Du bringst (erste) Erfahrung in der Recherche, im Kontaktieren und im Knüpfen von Geschäftskontakten mit oder du hast Lust, deine Karriere mit uns im Vertrieb zu starten.
  • Du kommunizierst gerne und gehst gerne auf Menschen offen zu.
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (z.B. Hubspot) gesammelt.
  • Du bist digital affin und interessierst dich für Software und den Mehrwert, den sie bringt.
  • Dein Deutsch ist auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
