Join us as a Cybersecurity Drill & Crisis Simulation Expert in our Portugal Offices - Lisbon or Porto, where you will transform relevant cyber threats and business risks into engaging learning experiences. You will shape and scale our cybersecurity exercise programs, designing scenarios tailored for diverse target groups while continuously enhancing the platform and methods for high-quality delivery across the organization. Collaborating with cybersecurity experts, incident response teams, business stakeholders, and learning professionals, you will connect technical relevance with strong didactical judgment. Your role will also involve developing a facilitator and multiplier model, exploring Cyber Range capabilities, and building practical skills, sound decision-making, and cyber resilience through hands-on exercises and simulations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Plan, facilitate, and evaluate cyber drills for executive management, business, and technical teams globally.
• Share the roadmap and build a scalable portfolio of exercises for various target groups, cybersecurity topics, and complexity levels, supported by standards for consistent delivery.
• Design realistic tabletop and crisis simulation scenarios, including storylines, injects, timelines, and decision points, based on current threats and real business processes.
• Continuously improve scenarios using participant feedback, lessons learned, and evolving cybersecurity challenges.
• Act as the functional owner of the cyber exercise platform, translating exercise and learning requirements into platform capabilities while coordinating stakeholders and providers for an effective environment.

What You Bring

• Long-standing experience in incident response, crisis management, cyber exercises/tabletops, or security training.
• A firm understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, attack scenarios, and defensive practices.
• The ability to translate complex technical cybersecurity topics into engaging and business-relevant scenarios.
• Strong understanding of learning design and principles, ideally with practical experience in interactive or experiential learning formats.
• Experience facilitating workshops, exercises, or simulations, with confidence in working with diverse target groups.
• Fluent English - spoken and written - is mandatory
• Certifications: CISSP, GCIH, SANS Security Awareness Professional.
