A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Finance Trainee within the Gas Services Central division in Turkey, you will play a vital role in supporting our expanding volume of contracts and local business operations. You will work closely with Commercial Project Managers, assisting them in daily operational tasks, contract administration, and project documentation. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you monitor project milestones and prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
In this dynamic environment, you will engage with various teams across the organisation, contributing to financial operations and business analysis. Your insights will help shape decision-making processes, making a tangible impact on our operations and supporting our commitment to delivering low-emission power generation solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assist Commercial Project Managers with contract administration, project documentation, and daily operational tasks.
- Monitor project milestones, invoicing schedules, and payment tracking for local and regional contracts.
- Participate in month-end closing activities, cost allocations, and basic financial reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial data in ERP systems (SAP) and local tracking tools.
- Gather and analyse financial data to support decision-making across various Gas Services business segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process optimisation opportunities in financial workflows.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in progress or recently completed in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish is required.
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP).
- Prior internship experience in a corporate finance, accounting, or project management environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Collaborative communication skills and adaptability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
