What You Bring
- An engineering background with experience in electrical and/or controls engineering.
- Strong leadership skills, demonstrating a genuine interest in people development and effective communication.
- A strategic mindset, thriving in environments of continuous change and eager to embrace new challenges.
- The ability to build networks and communicate effectively across various teams, especially with mechanical counterparts.
- Familiarity with MGT Gas turbines is desirable.
- Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Swedish being a plus but not mandatory.
About the Team
The Electrical Project Engineering team consists of approximately 22 skilled professionals, each serving as Project Lead Engineers (PLE) or Project Engineering Managers (PEM) on various projects. Together, we share the responsibility of nominating and appointing PLEs across our Gas Turbine product line, focusing on delivering low-emission power generation solutions. Our Gas Services division is dedicated to decarbonization and modernization, ensuring that we meet the energy demands of the future while protecting our environment.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
