  • Experiencia Profesional: Pasantías en finanzas, auditoría o áreas de proyectos.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Conocimiento intermedio Microsoft 365, Salesforce
  • Idiomas: inglés B2
  • Habilidades / Competencias: Comunicación efectiva, interpretación de contratos, tratos con clientes externos e internos, automanejo de actividades y liderazgo

Tus responsabilidades:

  • Brindar apoyo a las sales team en actividades como: Creación de clientes; Registro de oportunidades en nuestro CRM; Gestión de solicitudes de ofertas.
  • Dar seguimiento y proponer proyectos de mejora de procesos que contribuyan a reducir los tiempos de ofertas y ventas, y a aumentar la transparencia de la información del negocio mediante iniciativas de automatización y digitalización.
  • Participar en un proyecto de mejora orientado a documentar los procedimientos establecidos de la empresa y a desarrollar un manual de operación específico para el modelo de negocio.
