Tu desafío:
- Diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar aplicaciones basadas en IA que optimicen la eficiencia operativa y los procesos de servicio al cliente.
- Traducir requerimientos complejos de negocio en soluciones técnicas escalables utilizando Generative AI, Machine Learning y Data Analytics.
- Trabajar estrechamente con stakeholders, equipos de ingeniería y expertos en la materia (SMEs) para identificar oportunidades críticas de automatización.
- Asegurar el mantenimiento y la evolución constante de las herramientas digitales desplegadas, garantizando su impacto real en la productividad de la organización.
Lo que buscamos en ti:
- Formación: Ingeniería Civil Informática, Ciencia de Datos, Ingeniería en Computación o carrera afín.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en roles de desarrollo de software, con un foco sólido en proyectos de IA/ML.
- Stack Tecnológico (Deseable):
- Dominio de Python y frameworks de Machine Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experiencia implementando soluciones de Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering).
- Manejo de herramientas de Data Analytics y visualización de datos.
- Conocimiento en arquitecturas de nube (AWS o Azure).
