Principales missions :
- Pilotage de projets techniques complexes en assurant le respect des coûts, délais, qualité et exigences contractuelles.
- Coordination des équipes d’ingénierie, fournisseurs, sous-traitants et parties prenantes du projet.
- Gestion des risques, des modifications, des réclamations et suivi de la performance financière.
- Interface principale du client, garantissant sa satisfaction jusqu’à la réception et la clôture du projet.
Profil exigé :
- Ingénieur diplômé dans un domaine technique (Automatisme, Électricité, Instrumentation ou équivalent).
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets industriels et coordination d’équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Maîtrise du pilotage des coûts, délais, risques et aspects contractuels des projets.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership, relation client et maîtrise du français
Expérience souhaitée (années, domaines, métiers, société) :
- Entre 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projets techniques ou industriels complexes.
- Expérience confirmée dans la coordination d’équipes multidisciplinaires et le pilotage de fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
- Expérience en gestion contractuelle, suivi financier, gestion des risques et relation client dans un environnement industriel.
