Job summary

The successful candidates will provide safe and reliable driving services while maintaining high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and customer service. They will ensure that vehicles remain in good working condition, comply with road traffic regulations, and support the company’s daily operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• • Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly while complying with all road traffic regulations.

• • Transport passengers, staff, or other authorised persons to designated locations promptly and professionally.

• • Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to identify mechanical issues, damage, or safety concerns.

• • Keep vehicles clean, organised, and presentable at all times.

• • Monitor fuel levels, vehicle condition, and routine maintenance requirements.

• • Report accidents, vehicle defects, traffic incidents, and other concerns to the appropriate supervisor immediately.

• • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.

• • Follow assigned schedules, routes, and instructions while maintaining punctuality.

• • Demonstrate courtesy, discretion, and professionalism when interacting with passengers, clients, and colleagues.

• • Protect company vehicles and property against misuse, theft, and unnecessary damage.

Qualifications and requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• • Hold a valid Class B driving licence.

• • Live around Cantonments, Labone, La, or nearby communities in Accra.

• • Demonstrate good knowledge of road safety rules and traffic regulations.

• • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• • Demonstrate punctuality, honesty, reliability, and a responsible attitude toward work.

• • Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service.

• • Show a willingness to follow instructions and comply with company policies.

Previous professional driving experience will be an advantage.
