- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dokumentasi, dan problem-solving yang baik.
- Wajib memiliki sertifikasi Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Teliti, terorganisasi, dan mampu berkoordinasi dengan berbagai stakeholder.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
- Membantu menyusun dan memantau project timeline, milestone, serta target implementasi HRIS.
- Mengoordinasikan aktivitas antara tim HR, IT, vendor, dan stakeholder terkait.
- Memantau progres proyek dan memastikan setiap aktivitas selesai sesuai jadwal.
- Mengidentifikasi serta memonitor risiko, kendala, dan isu selama proyek berlangsung.
- Menyiapkan project status report, meeting minutes, dan dokumentasi proyek.
- Mengoordinasikan tahapan implementasi, termasuk requirement gathering, data migration, UAT, training, hingga go-live.
- Melakukan follow-up kepada PIC terkait untuk memastikan penyelesaian setiap aktivitas proyek.
