Baue mit uns die Verpackungsmaschinen von morgen

Als Mechatroniker (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Produktionsteam in Hilden im Rahmen einer auf 12 Monate befristeten Anstellung beim Aufbau und der Endmontage unserer Verpackungsanlagen. Dabei bringst du sowohl dein mechanisches als auch dein elektrisches Know-how ein und arbeitest an innovativen Maschinen für unsere Kunden weltweit.

  • Schwerpunkt Mechanik: Alle mit dem Bau von Verpackungsmaschinen zusammenhängen­den Arbeiten; wie das Herstellen von Maschinenbauteilen mit allen verfügbaren Mitteln (z.B. Drehen, Fräsen, Bohren, Sägen, Biegen, Schweißen etc.) und Aufbau elektro-pneumatischer Steuerungen sowie die Endmontage von Baugruppen und komplexen Verpackungsanlagen.

  • Schwerpunkt Elektrik: Aufbau und Verdrahtung von Schaltschränken und Klemmenkästen. Alle für den Bau von Verpackungsmaschinen notwendigen Elektroarbeiten; wie dem praktischen und wirt­schaftlich sinnvollen Planen und Herstellen von Kabelwegen, Installation aller Komponen­ten, Einstellung und Prüfung aller elektrischer Funktionen, Fehlersuche und Fehlerbehe­bung sowie Programmierung von Frequenzumrichtern und Einspielung von SPS-Program­men.

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung
