Location: Delhi / Gurgaon (Noida candidates if ready to relocate) and Mumbai

Experience: 4-6 years (B2B Sales, BFSI exposure preferred)

Role Overview

We’re seeking a driven Hunting Sales Manager to acquire new BFSI clients and outpace competition. The role demands aggression, resilience, and a strong closure mindset to consistently win deals in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and acquire new BFSI clients (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, Insurance).
• Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure.
• Position Signzy against competitors with sharp differentiation.
• Build CXO-level connections and strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams.

Ideal Candidate

• 4-6 years of pure B2B sales (BFSI preferred).
• Aggressive, ambitious, and target-driven.
• Strong communication & consultative selling skills.
• Proven record of exceeding targets.

Based in Delhi/Gurgaon (Noida- only if willing to relocate to Delhi/Gurgaon).
