Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end hiring for technology and digital roles across B2B, SaaS, Fintech, Banking, and BFSI businesses. The role requires deep experience in hiring for senior and niche technology positions, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to build scalable hiring strategies for fast-growing business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring for technology roles across backend, frontend, full stack, DevOps, cloud, data engineering, cybersecurity, QA, product engineering, and architecture roles.
• Partner with business leaders, engineering heads, product teams, and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Drive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, niche communities, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence.
• Build strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs in B2B, SaaS, fintech, banking, and BFSI domains.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
• Track hiring metrics, improve funnel efficiency, and ensure timely closure of critical roles.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define role expectations, compensation alignment, and selection criteria.
• Support employer branding and market positioning for technology hiring.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability for niche tech roles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 y ears of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring.
• Proven experience hiring across B2B, SaaS, Fintech, Banking, and BFSI sectors.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for a wide range of technical roles, including senior and leadership positions.
• Strong understanding of technology stacks, engineering functions, and role-specific hiring requirements.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, high-growth, or regulated environments.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hiring for product-based, startup, or digital-first organizations.
• Exposure to campus hiring, niche hiring and leadership positions.
• Familiarity with ATS tools, recruitment dashboards, and data-driven TA practices.
• Exposure to regulated industries and hiring processes in BFSI or financial services.
• Ability to work in a lean, fast-moving environment with high ownership.
