Position: IT Recruiter

Requirements:

• Junior/Medior level experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector
• Proven headhunting experience on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of current IT market trends and adaptable recruitment strategies
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

• Headhunting for IT positions and sourcing top technical talent
• Planning, organizing, and implementing the full recruitment and selection process for IT roles
• Monitoring hiring progress and tracking key metrics to optimize recruitment efforts
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific technical needs and team dynamics
