Senior Brand Manager

POSITION: Senior Brand Manager, Silver Hills

REPORTS TO: Senior Marketing Director

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategy and marketing initiatives for Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery, Silver Hills Corporate, and supporting our Private Label business, driving sustainable growth, strengthening brand equity, and delivering commercial results.

OPPORTUNITIES

This role operates with a high degree of ownership and autonomy, acting as the brand leader within the organization for Silver Hills Corporate, Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery and also supporting our Private Label business. You'll play a critical role in developing team capability, driving cross-functional alignment, and elevating the quality of marketing execution, while keeping leadership informed on progress, risks, and opportunities. EXPERIENCE

• You have 8+ years of experience in a marketing or communication role in Consumer Goods Products and/or Food Manufacturing environments
• You have a Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline field
• You have people leadership experience, including coaching and development

THINGS YOU WILL DO…

• Lead brand strategy for Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery and Silver Hills Corporate to drive the business to higher levels
• Act as the brand leader across the organization, driving cross-functional alignment with Sales, R&D, Compliance, Operations, and Finance
• Produce engaging, compelling, and consistent brand communication material and drive social media efforts
• Take part in private label strategy and account-specific execution, balancing growth with brand protection
• Lead marketing input into innovation, including launch planning, positioning, and go-to-market communication
• Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring disciplined and effective investment, and lead trade show strategy where applicable
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
• OTHER …
• May on occasion work at various times including weekends, as the job requires
• Available to travel across North America to attend various trade shows as required (5-10%)

Salary - 94,600- 118,300
