AtSimCorp, a Principal Project Manageris responsible fordelivering high-level business consulting services to clients, with a focus onoptimizingoperations and driving strategic improvements. This role involvesprovidingexpert advice,identifyingbusiness opportunities, and implementing solutions that align with client needs and organizationalobjectives. This role collaborates closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business strategies, manage complex projects, and enhance client satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Lead the delivery of business consulting services, ensuring that solutions are aligned with clientobjectivesand business strategies
Analyze client needs,identifyingopportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational improvements
Develop and deliver strategic business recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals
Lead complex consulting projects, managing all aspects of project execution, including planning, execution, and client communication
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define business requirements and develop tailored solutions
Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharingexpertiseand ensuring the successful execution of business consulting projects
Drive continuous improvement initiatives,leveragingindustry best practices to enhance client outcomes and service delivery
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuringhigh levelsof satisfaction and loyalty through effective service delivery and results

10+ years of experience autonomously driving complex programs

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $148,640 - $222,960USD .Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based onrole, location,departmentand individual performance.
