Key Responsibilities:

- Perform application support, bug fixing, and issue resolution.

- Manage service requests and source code.

- Coordinate with internal and external application support teams.

- Support UAT for enhancements and application changes.

- Handle development requests and production support issues.

- Perform application performance tuning and implement improvements.

- Test enhancements and ensure the quality of implemented changes.

- Manage production releases and maintain code versions.
