Description
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own product development across the stack, from backend systems to frontend experiences. You will work closely with AI engineers and clinicians to deliver features used in real clinical settings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strong ownership, fast iteration, and building systems that directly improve healthcare operations.
**Responsibilities**
- Own end-to-end product features from backend APIs to frontend UI
- Design, build, and scale core application architecture and database infrastructure
- Develop and maintain systems using Postgres, AWS RDS Aurora, and cloud-native services
- Integrate real-time AI services such as speech recognition, summarization, and NLU through AWS and Azure
- Deploy, optimize, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product members, and clinicians to ship impactful features
- Improve system reliability, performance, and developer productivity
- Perform additional engineering responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment
