We are hiring a Delivery Manager with experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.

Make an Impact By:

• Work closely with Engineering team and Product Owner to ensure that product backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and clear.
• Remove any impediments that may hinder the team’s progress and help resolve conflicts or issues that arise.
• Enable the team to actively own and surface dependencies and risks or escalate in a timely manner.
• Responsible for Team’s effectiveness, coaching an improvement culture by focusing on continuous improvements, visualize and measure team flow, ensures impediments to the team are quickly removed
• Ability to coach and mentor team members as well as stakeholders, remove obstacles and emphasize teamwork
• Track and report on team progress, velocity and sprint health to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Surfacing up team metrics and helping the team understand their metrics and self-reflect and experiment
• Demonstrates a personal growth mindset - Lifelong learning, continuous self-improvement, and the ability to always adapt in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates proactiveness and self-organization, empathy, and interpersonal conflict resolution skills

Skills for Success:

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Scrum Master / Project Manager role.
• Deep understanding of Scrum & Agile principles (Scrum Guide, Agile Manifesto, SAFe or LeSS is a plus)
• Backlog refinement & prioritization facilitation - work with Engineering Team and Product Owners to ensure clarity and order.
• Sprint execution & delivery tracking - managing velocity, burndown charts, cumulative flow, etc.
• Impediment management - identifying, escalating, and removing blockers quickly
• Dependency management - surfacing risks and ensuring cross-team alignment
• Agile metrics & reporting - ability to measure team health and performance (velocity, throughput, predictability, WIP limits, cycle time, lead time)
• Excellent analytical, presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
