工作职责 / Responsibilities

1.统筹储能整机结构方案设计与产品全流程开发，主导液冷集成方案，完成液冷板、管路、散热部件设计及零部件选型。

2.协同采购完成结构件、配套元器件供应商筛选、技术验证、打样及物料验收工作。

3.跟进样件试制、装配与整机测试，定位并解决各类结构问题，持续优化结构设计方案。

4.编制结构设计规范、测试报告等全套技术文档，保证设计资料标准化、完整归档。

5.调研储能结构、液冷散热行业新技术，开展技术预研，持续推动产品结构迭代升级。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.本科及以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化、新能源相关专业。

2.3年以上储能/电力设备结构设计经验，熟悉储能整机开发流程，具备液冷系统设计经验优先。

3.熟练使用SolidWorks、Pro/E、CAD等主流机械设计软件。

4.沟通协调能力突出，可跨部门协同推进项目，具备团队统筹管理能力。

5.工作细致严谨，责任心强，善于钻研技术问题，可适配项目节奏、承受研发压力。
