  • SINOMA CDI Egypt Engineering Co., Ltd. is looking for a motivated and organized HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting qualified candidates, managing recruitment activities, and supporting the hiring process across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.

  • Previous experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or industrial companies is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Good command of Microsoft Office.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms.

  • Good command of English.
