Role Description
As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for managing the Personal Care and Beauty Wellbeing portfolio for a major retail customer. You will drive sales objectives, product launches, promotional planning, and commercial performance, while building strong relationships with customers and collaborating closely with Customer Development, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Personal Care and Beauty Wellbeing portfolio for the assigned retail customer.
- Support customer management, product launches, and promotional planning.
- Work with the CSP team to deliver effective commercial offerings and financial outcomes.
- Analyze sales performance and market insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with Customer Development, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Integrated Operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to achieving joint sales targets and commercial objectives.
- Support the development of effective customer and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in Key Account Management, Customer Development, Sales, or a related commercial role.
- Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Personal Care, Beauty, or Retail is preferred.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on achieving business and sales objectives.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to create win-win outcomes and build long-term partnerships.
- Highly social, collaborative, and stakeholder-focused.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple cross-functional teams.
