Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Innovation Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional innovation initiatives within the organization. The role involves managing complex projects that drive the development and commercialization of AI-enabled medical devices, digital health tools, and consumer health products. The ideal candidate will oversee programs from conception through to market launch, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and delivering measurable value across the company’s global operations.
Responsibilities
-Lead large scale, multibusiness innovation programs, ensuring successful delivery of new platforms, systems, and AI enabled products.
-Translate customer, clinical, and consumer needs into clear project scopes, architectural decisions, and execution plans.
-Manage the entire lifecycle of innovation projects, including concept development, validation, verification, regulatory compliance, industrialization, and launch.
-Own program scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management, maintaining compliance with all relevant standards and regulations (FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304).
-Coordinate and collaborate with R&D, data science, design, supply chain, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial teams.
Requirements
-Master’s degree or higher in engineering, technology, biomedical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum of 10 years of experience leading complex, multi-site innovation or product development projects.
-Proven success in bringing medical devices, digital/AI solutions, or consumer health products from concept to market.
-Experience with AI/MLdriven products and leveraging AI tools in program management.
-Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate high complexity environments.
-Project management certification such as PMP, IPMA, or SAFe is required.
