About the role:
We’re excited to present the opportunity to join Sirva as a Global Account Manager. This role is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with a portfolio of domestic and international clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction. Acting as the primary client contact, you will provide strategic account support, oversee program performance, and identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and grow revenue.
Internally you will work closely with operational, finance, supply chain, and implementation teams, you will drive successful client outcomes through performance reporting, data analysis, and collaborative problem-solving. The role also contributes to the development of team capability through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and providing subject matter expertise across the business.
What You'll Bring:
A passion for exceptional customer service.
Previous experience working in global mobility and/or household goods relocations
Experience working in a corporate account management environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and note take abilities
A knack for building strong relationships with clients
