ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As part of the Technology function, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of HCM solutions supporting critical People processes. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining deep Oracle HCM expertise with end-to-end ownership and stakeholder engagement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own end-to-end delivery of HCM application changes (requirements through to deployment and support)
- Lead solution design, prioritising standard Oracle HCM functionality
- Act as the technical lead for HCM modules (Core, Talent, Compensation)
- Design and support integrations using APIs, extracts, and data loads
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party providers
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Provide guidance to junior team members and external partners
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and SDLC standards
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- 8+ years in enterprise application delivery including Oracle HCM Cloud
- University degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or similar.
- Certification in Oracle HCM is required
- Proven end-to-end lifecycle delivery experience
- Strong HCM functional and technical understanding
- Experience with integration, reporting, and enterprise architecture
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement analysis skills
- Ability to balance technical design with business value
- Experience estimating effort, timelines, and delivery costs
- Knowledge of security, governance, and IT standards
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience with data platforms (e.g. Fabric, Power BI)
- Experience in aviation or complex global industries
- Strong documentation and communication skills
