IT Officer

1. Maintain and troubleshoot company computers, printers, networks, servers, CCTV systems, and other IT equipment;
2. Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for internal business systems;
3. Develop, maintain, and optimize the company website;
4. Develop internal management tools, small business applications, and software functions based on business requirements;
5. Develop, maintain, and optimize WeChat Mini Programs and other applications;
6. Develop and maintain databases, system integrations, and APIs;
7. Manage IT equipment and software assets, system backups, data security, and network security;
8. Provide daily IT technical support and system training to employees;
9. Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the company.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
2. Good knowledge of IT technical support, networking, hardware, and software maintenance;
3. Must have practical software development skills and relevant project experience;
4. Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology, such as Java, Python, C#, PHP, JavaScript, or TypeScript;
5. Experience in Web Development, with a good understanding of front-end, back-end, and database development;
6. Familiarity with MySQL, SQL Server, or other databases, with practical SQL and data processing skills;
7. Experience in developing company websites, WeChat Mini Programs, internal management systems, business applications, or APIs is preferred;
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop systems or functions based on business requirements;
9. Good command of written and spoken English.
