You will be working in the Building Services Operating Unit, within the Commercial Property Maintenance department, where we are delivering nationwide facilities management, including M&E support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance, using technology for efficient planned and reactive services.
We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor, to be based at The M Building in central London, who will ensure that our delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and Building Services business processes.
As the Site Supervisor, you will:
- Develop trusted client relationships through clear communication and a strong understanding of site and FM requirements.
- Lead the delivery of maintenance services, ensuring high standards of performance, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Manage PPM and reactive maintenance activities, including quotations, scheduling, and coordination with the Helpdesk.
- Ensure engineers complete work to the required standard, with accurate documentation and full SLA compliance.
- Review reports and coordinate works to maintain site compliance and support efficient service delivery.
- Champion health and safety best practice, proactively addressing risks and areas for improvement.
- Support operational delivery with a hands-on approach to maintenance and fault investigation.
We are looking for:
- Significant experience in Hard Services FM, ideally 5+ years.
- Relevant technical qualifications.
- Experience overseeing large commercial sites with contract values exceeding £1m per annum.
- Proven ability to manage service delivery in high-profile office environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage abusy, varied workload.
