Missions
- Piloter les déploiements de nos clients Key Accounts, en prenant le relais des AE dès la signature et en orchestrant les déploiements multi-sites.
- Encadrer et faire monter en compétences l'équipe de Customer Onboarding Managers Midmarket, en priorisant, coachant et réalisant des entretiens de performance.
- Construire notre méthode de déploiement Midmarket, en définissant nos standards de déploiement, en créant des ressources sur-mesure et en pilotant les KPIs de l'équipe.
