Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Software Developer to join our Backend Engineering team and become a key contributor to the development and continuous improvement of our backend platform. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role in building scalable, reliable, and innovative backend services.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications platform.

• Participate in functional design specification reviews and work with technical team members to determine technical design approaches.

• Work together with other department developers regarding integration and shared development.

• Integrating with 3rd party applications and products

• As a team member, you will be responsible on all aspects of handling the platform's backend.

• Maintaining the servers, deployment processes and debugging live in production when required.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java software development, with strong technical and problem-solving skills.

• Solid understanding and practical application of software design patterns and object-oriented design principles.

• Experience developing and maintaining applications in multithreaded and concurrent environments.

• Strong SQL skills, including database design, optimization, and writing complex queries against relational databases.

• Proven experience with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and related technologies.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
