POSITION INFO:
Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects to ensure delivery is achieved safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery expertise. Key Responsibilities Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, and project execution strategies. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through to completion. Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and expenditure. Monitor project schedules and implement corrective actions to address delays. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and maintain risk registers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates. Manage contracts, scope changes, variations, and change control processes. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements. Drive compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Plan and manage labour, equipment, materials, and other project resources. Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives. Prepare project reports, dashboards, financial updates, and management presentations. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. Manage project close-out activities, including final documentation, handovers, and lessons learned reviews. Effectively manage project risks and opportunities. Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder satisfaction. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, regulatory, and organisational requirements. Minimum Requirements Bachelor''''''''s Degree or National Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent Project Management certification is highly advantageous. Professional registration with relevant industry bodies is advantageous where applicable. Minimum 5 to 8 years'''''''' project management experience. At least 3 years'''''''' experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion. Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong stakeholder and client relationship management experience. Experience in contract administration and change management. Industry experience within engineering, construction, electrical, HVAC, telecommunications, facilities management, manufacturing, or infrastructure environments will be advantageous.
